• Gutters are supplied fully assembled ready for installation.
• Standard Size - 1220mm X 2000mm (other sizes available on request).
• Membrane – SIKA Sarnafil SF G410-12L
• Adhesive – Sika Sarnacol 2170
• Steel substrates, 1.2mm (Alternative thicknesses by agreement) Mechanical properties - Hot dipped galvanized to BSen 10327 : 2004 G275.
• Insulation – PIR/Rockwool/FoamGlass (Thickness depending on project specification and thermal requirements).
• Internal Liner – 0.5mm to 1.2mm Polyester coated, Hot dipped galvanized.
• Metal components are fixed with Pop rivets (supplied with gutters).
• No requirement for sealants.
• Gutters are fixed to purlins or supports with self drilling screws (supplied with gutters).
